GPC - Graded Poke Cards is an independent grading company

Grading Card Submission - Please include the order number with your submission on the outside of any packaging. This is used to inform you that the cards have been received ready for grading.

Posting to GPC - Recommend using a signature required postal service, to ensure that your cards can be tracked and arrive safely at GPC grading HQ. Any parcels sent to us are the customer’s responsibility.

Grading by GPC - The graders at GPC have a wealth of knowledge and experience when grading cards. Each employee follows the same protocol when grading, to ensure a fair and consistent grade mark.

Sub Grades - Each card has a sub grade and grade note(s) on the website, to identify areas of the card that calculates the final grade outcome. Simply search using the graded card serial number.

Return Postage by GPC - GPC will return all graded cards via Royal Mail Special Delivery with guaranteed insurance levels of between £750 - £2500. Once the parcel has left GPC HQ, you will be provided a reference number for your convenience. Any lost goods claims are the customer’s responsibility. For higher value cards (over £2500 value), GPC recommends using your own private courier. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE GIVEN GPC THE CORRECT DELIVERY RETURNS ADDRESS, as GPC will deliver graded cards to the address on the order. GPC is not responsible for incorrect address data.

Damaged Goods - In the very unlikely event cards are damaged in transit back to you, we request photos of the damaged items. Please send photos to support@gradedpokecards.co.uk, along with order number, name and date.
